Gov. Adeleke will complete all ongoing road projects as scheduled – Director of Highways

Over fifty kilometers of road have been constructed and completed by Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration in just eight months in office, cutting across the nine federal constituencies of Osun State while about forty kilometers are ongoing

The director of highways, Osun State Ministry Of Works, Engineer Maruf Akanni – Ojebode disclosed this on IMOLE AYO, a sensitization programme promoting the activities of Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration on OSBC Radio and Television channels

The programme is put together by the office of the spokesperson to the governor Mallam Olawale Rasheed to showcase the achievements of Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration in Osun state.

Describing Senator Ademola Adeleke as a prudent administrator, Engineer Ojebode disclosed that the governor has fashioned out designs that will ensure the Speedy completion of all the road Projects that are being done through direct labour

According to the director of highways, Osun State ministry of Works, Governor Ademola Adeleke has shown high level of commitment to the development of every nook cranny of the State

He emphasized that, all road projects that could not be completed by previous administrations in Osun State are being completed by the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke

Engineer Ojebode assured Residents of the State that, all ongoing road projects will be completed as scheduled as no town or area will be left out in the on_going road projects across the State

The director of highways commended the house of assembly committee led by the deputy speaker for their recent inspection of the ongoing reconstruction of Osogbo – Iwo – Oyo state boundary road where they expressed their displeasure with the slow pace of work on the project

He pointed out that the contractors handling the project have redoubled their efforts after the visit of the lawmakers in order to meet up with the deadline for its completion

Engineer Ojebode implored the people of Osun to always support the government of Governor Ademola Adeleke by protecting all public facilities in their areas.
