Group Urges Gov Adeleke to Prioritize Infrastructure Development in Orolu Local Govt

Orolu Social Forum has commended Governor Ademola Adeleke for his giant strides in the area of infrastructural development in the state in the last one year of his administration.

The group, in a press statement signed by its Chairman, Adekunle Tairu, which was made available to the journalists in Osogbo on Sunday eulogised the commitment and passion of Governor Adeleke, describing him as a God’s sent.

The group, however, appeal to the people’s Governor regarding the unfinished road project initiated during the tenure of former Governor Gboyega Oyetola. The project, spanning from Ajegunle to Sasa-Janta Road Ifon Osun, stands at approximately 60% completion, yet remains in a state of abandonment.

“Despite numerous written reminders to the Osun State Government, the completion of this vital infrastructure project continues to languish.

“As proud members of the PDP in Orolu Local Government, we eagerly anticipate inclusion in the ambitious 100 billion naira infrastructure development initiative, a historic endeavor spearheaded by Governor Ademola Adeleke.

“Orolu Local Government, often known as the second home to Governor Ademola Adeleke as the people of Ifon-Osun love him, is poised to benefit immensely from this unprecedented infrastructure investment.

The group calls on the Governor to extend his transformative vision to their community by prioritizing the completion of the Ajegunle to Palace Road project.

“Furthermore, we implore Governor Ademola Adeleke to personally engage with the contractor responsible for the aforementioned road project. By comprehensively understanding the challenges and proactively implementing solutions, progress can be expedited, and the aspirations of our community fulfilled.

“Orolu Social Forum remains steadfast in our commitment to the betterment of Orolu Local Government.

“We eagerly anticipate the continued success of Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration, and we fervently pray for the realization of his vision for the next eight years, by God’s grace.”
