International Youth Day: Osun Youth Advisory Council Chair, Ademola-Sadipe Advocates Green Skills For Youths 

On this International Youth Day, the Osun Youth Advisory Council Chairman, Adekunle Ademola-Sadipe extends his warmest greetings to all the young individuals in celebration of this important occasion.

This year’s theme, “Green Skills for Youth: Towards a Sustainable World,” aligns with the global efforts to combat climate change and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
Recognizing the pivotal role of the youth in shaping the future, Osun Youth Advisory Council emphasizes the urgency of investing in green skills training and education for the younger generation.

The chairman noted, “As we enter an era of transition, it becomes paramount to shift towards an environmentally sustainable and climate-friendly world.

It would be recalled that Adekunle Ademola-Sadipe has consistently championed the Sustainable Development agenda of Governor Ademola Adeleke in order to meet the challenges faced by our planet. He opined, “By empowering the youth with the necessary skills and knowledge, we can secure a brighter and greener future.”

“Through increased investment in green skills training and education, they can actively contribute to tackling climate change and realizing sustainable development.”

Hon. Ademola-Sadipe urges policymakers, educational institutions, and stakeholders to prioritize sustainable practices and equip the youth with the tools they need to thrive.

“On this International Youth Day, we call upon all stakeholders to join hands and work towards a sustainable world,” Ademola-Sadipe said.
