Stop drawing comparison between Kogi and Osun State, the affection of Osun residents for Governor Adeleke is immeasurable

Comr. Tiamiyu Saheed Akintayo from Orolu Local Government has called on the Osun opposition APC to stop comparing any State in Nigeria with Osun State, noting that the love and affection which the Osun State residents have towards Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke can’t be quantified.

Comrade Akintayo urged the sinking APC to refrain from comparing Osun State with any other state in Nigeria. He emphasized that the unalloyed support Governor Adeleke cannot be underestimated.

Reacting to some comments by the depleted APC members claiming they will take over in 2026, Comrade Akintayo stated that Governor Ademola Adeleke was massively voted for when he hasn’t got to power, now that he has been elected and his delivering on his promises, it will be difficult for the opposition to come back. Celebrating other states to sway their followers won’t work in Osun.

It’s crucial to highlight that APC’s presence in Osun State is permanently diminished, as they have proven ineffective. The people of Osun State have no inclination to wish for their return.

If APC truly has a solid foundation in Osun State, why do they depend on federal influence to seize government control? They seem to overlook the fact that the electoral process extends beyond relying on undue power, recognizing the importance of garnering voter support.

Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, the current Governor of Osun State will complete his full eight year of two term and subsequently transits the government to the another PDP administration in Osun State.
