Tayo Olawoye Foundation Distributes Food Palliative To Osun Residents

Concerned by the current economic hardship, a non-profit making organisation, Tayo Olawoye Foundation on Tuesday distributed food palliatives to the less privileged in Iree, and other towns in Boripe North Local Government of Osun state, called on well meaning Nigerians to be their neighbour’s keeper

Tayo said, “This palliative we are giving are targeted to the needy, vulnerable people that are downtrodden and in need of this help and we did it in a way that reaches over 500 people. He said as you will know that Tayo Olawoye Foundation was formally inugurated on the 4th of April, 2024.

The goal two of the sustainable development goals is ZERO HUNGER and we must fight it to the end by 2030.

The Initiative was to cushion the hunger caused by the removal of the fuel subsidy by the Federal government of Nigeria.

Also speaking, Head of Project, Mr Giwa Mayowa
said the gesture demonstrated the founder’s empathy and good leadership style in the state.

The benefactors lauded the founder for the gesture, maintaining that the palliative “is timely and will go a long way in alleviating the suffering of the people.”
