Uniq FM @13: Adeleke Receives “Award of Most Workers’ Friendly Governor”

Governor Ademola Adeleke has lauded Uniq FM, Ara station at 13, as a pacesetting private-owned radio station in Osun State, whose intervention has made tremendous impact on Osun populace.

This assertion was made by the Governor at the stations’ 13th year anniversary, held at Oba Adekunle Hall, Ereja Square in Ilesa during the weekend.

Governor Adeleke, who was represented by the Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Oluomo Kolapo Alimi pinpointed that the transmitter of the station has good proximity coverage and a very wide reach for its audience.

Congratulating the station for subsisting over the years, and contributing to the state economy, while carrying out its duty as the fourth estate of the realm, he described their programmes as fantastic, current and apt.

Governor Ademola Adeleke at the Ara Station 13th year celebration, was presented “Award of Most Workers Friendly Governor”, alongside other distinguished awardees.

The welfarism gestures of Governor Ademola Adeleke to Osun Civil Servants, such as prompt payment of salaries, payment of arrears, training and retraining of staff among others were also enunciated

The management of Uniq FM, at the programme held with pomp and pageantry, announced the launch of Ara Foundation for service to humanity.
