The League of Veteran Journalists in Osun state has rejoiced with Mrs Jolaade Igbaroola on her appointment as the substantive Director General and Permanent Secretary, Osun state Broadcasting Corporation, OSBC.
In a Congratulatory message sent to the new OSBC helmsman, the League described her appointment as fitting and promising.
The release signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the League, Prince Adepoju Atobatele and Olusola Ajiboye, commended Governor Ademola Adeleke for upholding the tradition, respecting the tradition and value of heirachy which has shaped the progress of the media conglomerate.
The Veteran Journalists then charged Mrs Igbaroola to stay focused in turning around the fortunes of OSBC and make it the numero uno of media in the south west.
While charging staff and management of OSBC to work as a team, the League express optimism in the capability of Mrs Igbaroola to drive the media conglomerate to fulfil the objectives of effective projection of the positive values of broadcasting for the progress and development of Osun state.
